Outdoor Seating to Fully Reopen in Birmingham and Worcester

We have some happy and exciting news for you! As from the 12th of April, our outdoor seating will fully reopen in our Birmingham and Worcester branches. This is a huge step for both Centenary Lounge and our customers, as it means that we will be able to, once again, deliver the best possible service and bring joy to our customers.

Due to our outdoor seating area fully reopening, we will also be launching our new Click and Collect menu, our Express Takeaway Service for both Worcester and Birmingham.

As we will be spending more time outdoors and social distancing, we have designed some delicious and fun picnic boxes which can be enjoyed whilst you are passing by some parks, or on wonderful days out. Alternatively, these can be enjoyed at one of our outdoor tables in Birmingham or Worcester. At our Worcester branch, we also have 3 tables and 6 chairs.

Looking for a unique day out? Then don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Our Birmingham outdoor seating area is under the station canopy; therefore, you are fully protected against any shower or inclement weather.

The outdoor space at Birmingham has been specially designed to be both inviting and welcoming with faux grass, picnic baskets and flowers. All laid out in a perfect and pretty design that will WOW you.

We have so missed serving our Express Afternoon Tea’s so we are delighted to announce that they are back! What can be more idyllic than to watch the world go by as you sip your refreshing tea? Our Birmingham Moor St Station branch is a great place to enjoy your Express Afternoon Tea and perhaps a glass of Prosecco, in an oasis of calm within the City Centre, located just opposite the Bullring Shopping Centre. Remember you don’t need a ticket to visit us as we are on the concourse before the barriers.

Are you worried about making it on time or traversing through the city to get to us? You can order your lunch ahead of time via our click and collect if you live, work or are shopping nearby in any shops or the Shopping Centre.

You will be spoilt for choice, as we can provide you with a wide range of yummy snacks such as our everchanging home-made Soup of the Day. If you are not in the mood for soup, then try out our scrumptious Pastries, Breakfast Rolls, Sandwiches, Paninis, Toasties and our range of Cakes. However, you can upgrade your Panini by including it with either our Soup of the Day or a healthy bowl of House Salad.

Book your table for lunch or afternoon tea ahead of time at our Birmingham branch by calling us on 0121 633 4274. Alternatively, you can just turn up on the 12th of April onwards to discover if we have a free space for you to stay or to takeaway your treat.
