Providing an elegant place to enjoy either a casual coffee and croissant, a fabulous brunch or a stylish afternoon tea and cocktails.
We complement our venues with a dynamic online presence, offering multiple revenue streams for delivery and in-store collection. From gift experiences and vouchers to subscriptions and hampers, we even have our very own range of replica GWR-branded giftware called Recreations.

The first stop
The charming and relaxing venues provide the perfect setting to enjoy a break or a meal, from breakfast through to lunch, to afternoon tea and pre-dinner cocktails. Centenary Lounge use innovative and contemporary thinking to create in-depth analysis of locations. A large or medium railway location. A more compact menu, licensed and appealing to customers ‘on the move’ but with some seating on the premises; 1,000 and 750 sq. ft respectively. This would also work extremely well within the vicinity of any travel terminus including Airports, Coach Stations and Ports.

Training & Mentoring
Centenary Lounge will provide a 4 week training programme for successful applicants. We will also help you, if you wish, to advertise for and recruit staff, provide full initial and ongoing staff training, and ensure you are set up for staff payroll and HMRC requirements.
Shop-fit & Design
We will collaborate with you to ensure the design correlates with our 1930’s Art Deco look which will ‘WOW’ new and return visitors. We oversee the shop-fit and you will be able to contribute to the look of your Centenary Lounge establishment.
Operations Manual
You will receive a full version of this on signing your franchise agreement. This will assist you with the daily operations and clarify any uncertainties.
Project Funding
Centenary Lounge have the means to help you to gain funding for this franchise. We have excellent links within the business, and we will make it as easy as possible for you.
Site Search & Acquisition
We will help you find the right site on the best possible terms. You will never be alone in this aspect. We can take care of all the legal work in completing a lease also.
