Did you see our TV debut?

We are excited to share with you some fantastic news about our cafe at Leamington Spa Station. Centenary Lounge has been featured in the latest episode of “The Architecture the Railways Built” with Tim Dunn on the Yesterday Channel, and we couldn’t be more thrilled.

In the episode, our Founder, Aasia Baig, explains how she fully restored the 1930’s Art Deco refreshment rooms on Platform 2 at Leamington Spa station. A considerable amount of time was spent ensuring the restoration was accurate to the 1930’s Art Deco style with a lot of the original features being retained. The restoration work was carried out to the highest standards, and the results are truly breath-taking.

Centenary Lounge has become a beloved landmark in Leamington Spa, and it’s no surprise that it has caught the attention of a popular TV show. Centenary Lounge is known for its beautiful and historic decor, as well as its excellent food and drink offerings. The restoration work has been a labour of love for Aasia, and it’s wonderful to see it recognised in this way.

If you missed the episode, don’t worry! You can catch it again on UKTV. It’s worth a watch, and we’re sure you’ll be as impressed with the restoration work as we are.

We want to congratulate Aasia for this amazing achievement. We hope that this recognition will inspire others to take on similar restoration projects and preserve our architecture heritage for future generations to enjoy.

We look forward to sharing more exciting news with you soon.
