We offer a collection and delivery service from our Birmingham branch to ensure our fabulous customers still have access to our great food and drink to enjoy in the comfort of their homes, especially our delectable afternoon teas!
Please Note: Recipient needs to be at home to accept parcel as items are perishable. Orders must be placed by 10:00 am the day before required.
We work very hard to ensure our products arrive with you in immaculate condition and due to the fresh nature of some of the food items, certain delivery dates may be restricted by the items in your basket.
Your order will be delivered by standard service and we do our very best to ensure your order arrives on the specified day. Please provide the correct delivery address and ensure someone is available to take in the delivery from 7.30am on the agreed day. Once the delivery address has been confirmed with the courier, the date can not be changed.
If there is no answer at the address on delivery, the courier will return the products to the local depot for you to arrange collection. We can not send out replacement products in these circumstances.
