We work very hard to ensure our products arrive with you in immaculate condition and due to the fresh nature of some of the food items, certain delivery dates may be restricted by the items in your basket.
Your order will be delivered by standard service and we do our very best to ensure your order arrives on the specified day. Please provide the correct delivery address and ensure someone is available to take in the delivery from 7.30am on the agreed day. Once the delivery address has been confirmed with the courier, the date can not be changed.
If there is no answer at the address on delivery, the courier will return the products to the local depot for you to arrange collection. We can not send out replacement products in these circumstances.

Due to the current restrictions and supply issues we are operating a limited menu for the foreseeable future. We will be serving our breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea menu with the evening dining restricted to small plates/canapes for Friday and Saturday evenings. We have the following changes and guidelines in place which we would appreciate your cooperation with:
When dining at the table, you will be provided disposable menus to reduce cross contamination.
Hand sanitisers will be placed at designated areas throughout the restaurant for ease.
Tables have been placed at a 1metre distance.
Staff will take your order and deliver to your table. After this they will limit their interaction with you, so if you require anything further or have any questions please wave for attention.
If you feel unwell or show any of the main symptoms, please stay at home.
Details will be taken of one person per party for the track and trace system which meets GDPR requirements.
Contactless/card payment is the preferred choice of payment.
